Unintended Consequences of the Texas Abortion Bill

Conservatives have made abortion their go-to rallying issue, and they are not stopping until they have complete control over women's reproductive system. Right now, Republicans are working on legislation that would monitor exactly when insemination occurs so that they can preemptively stop an abortion. The end goal is to control who, what, and where a woman gives birth.
Some fear that the next bill, Coitus Universal Mediation Statute, or CUMS, is even more invasive. The bill aims to stop abortion before it is even a thought. Some have spoken about the privacy concerns regarding the monitoring mechanism; the objections are coming from some moderate Republicans. The general feeling among the caucus is that if they can compromise the methods used to track insemination, the bill will get signed into law. Whether or not the monitor device should be installed externally or internally is still an unanswered question.
The lone deserter of the bill on the Republican side prefers to attack the positions used during sex. He believes that anything other than a missionary position should trigger red flags and alert authorities on the deviant behavior.
Republicans were adamant that there would be no infringement on any male participants, and all the men at the meeting expressed relief knowing the device would not be on their bodies. It appears that the newly developed device will be installed on women. "I have a right to decide what kinds of monitoring devices I have on my body," the congressman said. When asked about the woman's perspective, the congressperson stated that ..." women are used to wearing devices like IUDs, so it is an easier transition."
